Classical Jerk

Classical Jerk is NOT a substitute for shoulder Press.  The jerk involves impulsive forces on the shoulders, back, and knees.  This develops an adaptation of the ligaments, tendons, and bones to withstand impulsive forces.  

Joints that are frozen due to long lack of neglect will protest this sort of impulsive jerk
