Unfortunately many females equate muscular appearance as
inappropriate for good woman's look. Muscles, however, do the same
job, in males, females, and all animals: facilitate motion.
Not just the body motion that is facilitated by muscles
but the very fluid that sustains every cell in our body. Uneducated
urban women suffer the most of such misperception. Rural societies
impose certain demands on women that signify the need to stay fit to
perform basic duties.
More than any category in society, women are at serious
need to get engaged in exercise on regular basis than most of us.
