2 days per week ...>>> 2 sessions per day (morning and evening) = 4

3 days per week ...>>> one session per day (morning) = 3

2 days rest

Each workout session consists of 4 to 6 exercises. 4 to 6 sets per exercise. 1 to 3 reps per set.
