This exercise targets the upper back and shoulder muscles. The Snatch from the Hang is supplemental to the full range snatch from the floor and should not substitute it.

How would anyone not indulge in a plan as serious as shaping your health, fitness, and self-image?

Today, Thursday, July 19, has all gone out of my control. I did not turn the air condition on at night and woke up few times during the night. In the morning, my car repeated yesterday's problem. It took me a while to guess. As always I went after the complicated problems, loose alternator belt, fuses, relays,.. The simplest issue has skipped my mind until I tried to jump start the car was a charger. Did not work. The battery knob was coated with a layer of rust. Got it running after sweating profusely in a 95 F degree weather at 10:00 AM.

Things will get worse before getting better. I felt that I should then fix all broken stuff. As if the brain department of maintenance had struck. I has an optical mouse gone crazy and a computer down for almost 6 months. I thought it has power supply problem. I headed for a nearby CompUSA store. It went out of business. The next three CompUSA stores did so too. That cost me two hours driving. By the time
